Employee experience is all about listening, reacting in real-time to the feedback, and strategically laying the groundwork for what's ahead. My classical training as a music director and conductor applies directly to event production and employee experience. I was trained to listen deeply, keep teams playing in harmony, make adjustments, set longterm plans, and create memorable experiences to bring humans together.
